Using the DTI Grant for Investigating an Innovative Idea we conducted a review of the options before them and built a profile of the likely markets. From here we identified the best short term and long term market opportunities. Finally we build an action plan which provided a template for a new sales and marketing campaign to win market share in these markets. |
